The solutions to the first two problems involve redesigning the pivot mount bracket. Moving the pivot point down an inch gives clearance to the exhaust pipe and slotting the mounting holes allows the bar to move fore and aft to keep the adjustment holes above the shock mount. This allows the link to be vertical for each stiffness setting.

To solve the remaining problems, I redesigned the shock mount bracket. I built a solid model of the shock end and designed a bracket that uses an additional bolt to secure it to the shock. It also accounts for the 7° tilt of the shock and the offset to keep the link from binding or tilting relative to the sway bar.
